The NCCS User Assistance & Outreach Group is dedicated to providing support to users of the NCCS resources. Phone, email, and web support are provided to give users the information and resources needed to use leadership computing resources to their fullest. Assisting users attain breakthrough science is the primary goal of the services provided.

Access
The access page provides instructions on connecting to the systems, including how to use your SecurID fob.
Acknowledgement
The acknowledgement page gives the reference information you should use in any publications to properly credit the NCCS.
Data Transfer
The data transfer page lists utilities to transfer data to/from the NCCS from remote sites, as well as how to transfer data from NCCS systems to the High-Performance Storage System (HPSS).

Feedback
As an NCCS user, your feedback is very important to the center. The feedback page contains a link to an anonymous feedback form, as well as a list of changes suggested by users and the actions taken based on those suggestions. The page also contains minutes of the monthly NCCS user conference calls.
File Systems
The file systems page provides descriptions of the various file systems available to users, including home and work directories, project directories, and mass storage (HPSS).

The modules page provides information on the modules utility, which we use to allow several versions of software packages to exist on the system and be easily accessed.
