Phoenix has man pages for each of the PBS commands. See man pbs for an overview.
Commands associated with the Moab scheduler, such as showq, checkjob, showstart, and showbf, don’t have man pages. Instead, you can see their options by calling each command with the –help option. See the Moab User’s Manual for details.
